ARISE 5th General Assembly
The ARISE consortium held its 5th General Assembly online on 17 September 2026. During the meeting, Work Package Leaders presented the progress achieved across the project’s key areas, including project management, conceptual design, thermal management systems, smart control, prototype assembly and validation, virtual integration, eco-design, and dissemination and exploitation.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review ongoing activities, discuss upcoming priorities, and align on the next steps. We sincerely thank all partners for their valuable contributions and active participation.
ARISE General Assembly IV Successfully Held!
The ARISE consortium successfully held its 4th General Assembly (GA IV) on 18 June 2026, gathering all project partners online for a full day of presentations, discussions, and strategic alignment. The meeting was hosted by Sabancı University, the project coordinator.
The General Assembly brought together representatives from all consortium partners to review the progress achieved across the project's Work Packages, share key technical results, and align on the next steps of the project. Each Work Package leader presented the current status of activities, ongoing tasks, upcoming deliverables, and key milestones, providing a comprehensive overview of the project's overall trajectory.
The meeting concluded with an open discussion among all consortium members, focusing on cross-Work Package collaboration, alignment with the upcoming review meeting, and shared priorities for the coming months.
The ARISE team would like to thank all partners for their valuable contributions and continued commitment to advancing next-generation solid-state battery technology for electric vehicles.

Horizon Europe Information and Experience Sharing Event
ARISE was disseminated on 12 June 2026 during the “Horizon Europe Information and Experience Sharing Event” organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), focusing on Cluster 5 projects. The project was presented by the Business Development Manager Abdurrahman Türk of Sabancı University Research and Development and Technology Transfer Office (SUATT), who introduced ARISE and shared insights on its objectives, activities, and expected impacts.

On Tuesday, June 17, the ARISE consortium convened online for its 1st General Assembly Meeting, bringing together all partners to review recent progress, share key updates, and align on the next steps for the project.
On 9 October 2026, ARISE hosted the online kick-off meeting of the COLLABAT SSH & Gender Subcluster. Representatives of the ARISE, iBattMan, S4MILE and RESiLiTE projects took part.
INTRACT presented the ARISE activities on socio-economic impact assessment and on Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH), including sex and gender. Participating projects then shared their current SSH and gender activities. ARISE also introduced its planned survey on tendencies in the battery sector.
The participants discussed options for joint activities. These included a gender-focused workshop to be organised together with iBattMan.
Next steps: shaping a joint gender-focused workshop and connecting through monthly subcluster meetings.
